Sweet Potato Coconut Curry

It’s a rich, creamy, blended soup with roasted sweet potato, coconut milk, and Thai curry spiciness. If you have any doubts, ask one of my regulars if this one bangs. Hint: It does! Vegan/Dairy Free [Allergy notes: contains peanuts] (pomegranate seeds not included)  32 oz.
